Each pricing tier’s base monthly fee includes a set number of clicks. If your total number of clicks for the month falls within this allocated amount, you will only be charged the base monthly fee.
If you exceed the allocated number of clicks for your pricing tier, you have two options to manage the additional clicks:
- Upgrade to a Higher Tier: Before the end of your billing cycle, you can upgrade to a higher tier to avoid overage fees.
- Pay Overage Fees: If you prefer not to upgrade, you will be charged an overage fee at the end of your billing cycle. This fee is calculated based on your plan’s per-click pricing multiplied by the number of clicks that exceed your allocation.

A custom domain allows you to use your own domain or subdomain for link cloaking, enhancing your brand’s identity. While we do provide several short domains for your convenience, using a custom domain that aligns with your brand can offer additional benefits. Setting up a custom domain involves pointing it to our servers, enabling our system to create and manage links using your personalized domain.
Our standard pricing for custom domains is $1 per domain per day. Some pricing tiers include a certain number of free custom domains.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply go to your billing settings and select the option to change your plan. Once you’ve made your selection and confirmed the change, your new plan will take effect immediately, and the pricing will be prorated accordingly.
You will only be billed for your subscription’s monthly fee, click overages, and any additional custom domains. The monthly fee and click overage pricing are detailed in each plan above. Custom domains are billed at $1 per domain per day for any domains beyond what your plan includes.
